Want a carrier, but not sure which one or what style you want? Or do you want to make sure it fits you and your baby before you buy it? Our rental program is designed to help you find just the right carrier before you buy!
Purchasing a baby carrier can be a big decision. Sometimes is hard to know which style or which carrier would be best for you. With our rental program, you can try a number of carriers before making your final purchase.
How does it work?
Choose which carriers you want to rent and checkout. The cost for rental is to cover shipping and handling, rental of the carrier is FREE! Keep the carriers for up to 14 days from delivery. Once you're done trying the carriers, ship them back to Zerberts. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Discounts and Packages
We know you may want to try several carriers, so in attempt to make it more affordable, you get a discount when ordering 2 or more carriers!

Someone will contact you within 1 business day of placing your order. A deposit can then be given by credit card over the phone or by PayPal. Credit card deposits will authorized, but not be charged. Credit cards will only be processed in the event that we do not receive the baby carriers back. The fund will be held, but not withdrawn, so please be aware that those fund will not be available if you plan to use a debit card. Deposits given by PayPal will be fully refunded when carriers are returned.
Late Returns
Please note, credit cards will be charged the full amount of the deposit if carriers are not returned within 21 days of delivery. Carriers that are returned after 21 days will be subject to a $10 late fee per week. Deposits for carriers returned after the rental period will be refunded in the form of store credit. Issuing a deposit via PayPal or credit card after the rental period will incur a 10% penalty to cover merchant fees.
What if I need more time?
If you know you will not be able to return the rented carriers on time, please contact me right away. We can arrange for you to re-rent the carriers. In this event, your initial deposits will be released and a new deposit will be taken. This will restart your rental period and give you more time if needed. This can only be done once and will give you a combined rental period of 4 weeks. After 4 weeks, carriers will need to be returned or the policy for late returns will come into affect.
Will my full deposit be released?
You will receive the full amount of your deposit as long as the rented carriers are returned on time and in the same condition you received them in. Carriers that are damaged, stained, smell of smoke, or missing any instructions or accessories will incur a fee.
Please do not wash any carriers as you will be responsible if they shrink or are damaged in any way. We will launder the carriers after they are returned. Spot clean only as needed.
